“Where is my package?”
Because we ship perfume (hazardous materials), we use Ground Shipping (USPS/UPS). Ground shipping can take 3-7 business days. If you received a tracking number, it is on the way!
“Do you accept returns?”
Yes, we want you to love your scent. Please check our Return Policy page for details on how to initiate a return if the bottle is unopened or minimally used.
“Can I get a sample?”
We currently offer a “Discovery Set” available in our shop. It’s the best way to try Golden Hour or Ombre Mystery before committing to a full bottle.
