Are your perfumes authentic? Yes. Arigshop.com is the official storefront for the Arig brand, owned and operated by AQUILLIA REAVES LLC. All fragrances are manufactured, bottled, and shipped directly from our facility in Philadelphia, PA.
Why can’t I ship to a P.O. Box? Due to federal safety regulations, alcohol-based perfumes are classified as “Hazmat” (hazardous materials) for shipping purposes. We must ship via Ground services (UPS/USPS Ground Advantage), which require a physical street address for delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
How long will my perfume take to arrive? We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, Ground transit typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location in the US.
My bottle arrived broken. What do I do? We package our items securely, but accidents happen. If your bottle arrives damaged, please take a clear photo of the broken item and the shipping box and email us at info@arigshop.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue a replacement or refund immediately.
Do you accept returns if I don’t like the scent? We accept returns only if the product is unopened and sealed in its original shrink-wrap. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. We recommend reading the scent notes carefully before purchasing.
