Arigshop.com is committed to the quality of fragrances we manufacture. Nevertheless, due to the fact that perfume is a cosmetic item and a hygiene-sensitive product, we are compelled to adhere to very strict return policies in order to guarantee the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.

30-Day Return Policy

We operate a 30-day return policy. This means that you will have 30 days from the date of delivery of your package to return it. However, if 30 days have passed since the date of delivery, we regret that we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To ensure that hygiene standards are maintained and that safety regulations for flammable liquids are adhered to, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it.

The perfume bottle must be unopened and unused.

The original cellophane shrink-wrap must be fully intact and unbroken.

The item must be returned in its original designer packaging.

All promotional items or samples that were included with the purchase must also be returned.

Opened items, “test-sprayed” items, or items with broken seals are strictly non-returnable.

The Return Process

To return an item, please contact our support team at info@arigshop.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on where to send your return.

Return Shipping Costs

As part of our clear pricing policy, customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping their return items to us. We cannot refund shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method (such as USPS or UPS Ground), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and processed by our quality control team at our Philadelphia facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
