We are committed to being open and honest about our shipping practices so that our customers in the United States can have a predictable and reliable experience from the time of purchase through to the time of delivery.

Shipping Destinations & Carriers

At present, we ship exclusively within the 48 contiguous United States. Because of federal safety guidelines for the transportation of alcohol-based fragrances, we ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground. These carriers ensure adherence to safety guidelines for flammable liquid transportation when shipping your fragrances. Please be aware that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. Territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam) at this time because of carrier restrictions on the transportation of hazardous materials.

Shipping Rates (Flat Rate Transparency)

In order to keep things simple and honest, Arigshop.com charges a Flat Rate Shipping fee of $7.99 for all orders. We do not believe in charging you hidden shipping costs; the shipping price you see at the beginning of your shopping experience is the price you will pay at the end of your shopping experience.

Processing & Transit Times

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Transit Time: After your order has been handed to the carrier (USPS or UPS), standard ground transit takes 3-7 business days depending on your distance from our Pennsylvania hub.

Total Delivery Time: You can generally expect your Arig fragrance to arrive within 4-9 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.

Order Tracking

Transparency is key to a trust-based relationship. Once your package is scanned by our carrier, an automated email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout (info@arigshop.com). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Damages & Issues

While we package our perfumes with extreme care to prevent leakage or breakage, accidents during transit can happen. If you receive a damaged bottle, please contact us immediately at 845-536-8747 or info@arigshop.com with photos of the damaged item and the shipping box. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue.
