At Arigshop.com, we want you to feel entirely confident when shopping for designer fragrances. As stated in our Authenticity & Quality Guarantee, trust is the foundation of our business. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a clear, straightforward return and exchange process that upholds our strict zero-tolerance policies.
1. What Products Can Be Returned
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.
Eligible Items:
- Full-size fragrance bottles that remain in brand new, unopened, and unused condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
- To maintain our sanitary handling and quality standards, any fragrance where the protective cellophane seal has been broken or the atomizer has been sprayed cannot be returned.
- Decants & Samples: Because our samples are custom hand-poured in a sterile environment upon order (as outlined in our Authenticity Guarantee), they are final sale and non-returnable.
2. Return Timeframe
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your delivery date.
3. Item Condition Requirements
To protect the integrity of our climate-controlled inventory and ensure 100% authenticity for all future customers, all returned items must meet the following strict conditions:
- Condition: New only.
- The item must be completely unused and un-sprayed.
- The item must be in its original manufacturer packaging with the cellophane wrapping perfectly intact, matching the fold style and brand-specific seals it was shipped with.
4. How to Start a Return or Exchange
All returns are processed by mail. To begin a return or request an exchange:
- Contact our support team at info@arigshop.com.
- Provide your Order Number and your reason for the return or exchange.
- If the item arrived damaged, defective, or you have an inquiry regarding our Authenticity Guarantee, please include clear photos of the shipping box and the item’s batch codes.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and our secure return shipping address.
5. Return Shipping Costs & Method
- Return Shipping Label: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Important Shipping Notice (Hazmat): Designer perfumes contain alcohol. By law, you must return your fragrance using Ground Shipping Only (e.g., USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground).
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees (No cost).

6. Refunds, Inspections & Exchanges
- The Return Inspection: To uphold our Zero Tolerance Policy against counterfeits, every returned item goes through our 4-Step Inspection Process upon arrival. We verify the cellophane integrity, synchronize the batch codes with our outbound shipping records, and utilize weight tolerance testing to ensure the exact, authentic item we shipped is the one being returned.
- Refund Processing Time: Once your return passes our inbound inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 days. Funds will be issued back to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: We happily accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange a brand-new, sealed item for a different fragrance, please initiate a return as outlined above and let our team know which item you prefer.
