1. Eligibility for Returns

Under the ArigShop Return & Refund Policy, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To maintain our high standards of hygiene and safety, we can only accept returns for items that are:

• Completely unopened and factory-sealed in original cellophane.
• In the same condition as received from our Philadelphia facility.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your purchase arrives damaged or leaking, the ArigShop Return & Refund Policy provides a full guarantee. Please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the bottle immediately upon arrival. You must report damages to our support team within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a free replacement or a full refund.

3. Refund Processing & Restocking Fees

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Note that for “change of mind” returns, a 20% restocking fee applies to cover inspection and administrative costs.
