1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 states within the United States of America.

We do not ship to:

  • International destinations outside of the USA.
  • U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam).
  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses (due to ground shipping restrictions on fragrances).

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed within:

  • 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or national holidays.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We strive to get your fragrances to you as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Transit Time: 4 to 5 business days.
  • Total Expected Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days (from the time your order is placed to the moment it arrives at your door).

Delivery times may occasionally vary based on your specific location within the USA or unforeseen carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping rates:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Free Shipping on all orders in United States.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are always clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

5. Shipping Carriers & Regulatory Compliance

We use the following carriers to deliver your orders:

  • USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Important Regulatory Notice (Fragrances): Because designer perfumes contain alcohol, they are classified as HAZMAT (Hazardous Materials) by transportation authorities. By law, all of our products must be shipped via Ground Shipping Only. We are legally prohibited from offering expedited Air Shipping (such as Next-Day or 2-Day Air) for any fragrance products.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order successfully processes and ships from our facility, we will immediately email you a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number.
  • You can track your package’s journey in real-time using the link provided in your confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier portal to update.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • As noted above, due to strict federal regulations regarding the transport of alcohol-based fragrances, we cannot ship internationally or via air transport.
  • All orders are restricted to the continuous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii via ground transport only.
